Skimmer waste! How much?

Hello to all,
I want to make a pool to see how much skimmate do you have in one week, or one month.
I have a DIY 6" skimmer and I am wasting about 100ml each week. Is that enough?
Please also specify the gallons of your system and a short descripcion of the skimmer..
i have a 80 gallon reef tank, medium weight.

I have a Reeflo Orca 250 and I'm pulling a full collection cup in 72 hours. I don't know exactly how much that is, since I just installed the skimmer, but I'll be measuring it when I empty the cup today. This is running on a medium/heavily stocked 220, 300g total system volume.

it all has to do with you bioload

150, medium stocking levels, heavy feeder ~150ml of dark brown skimmate a day. Tunze 9010.
