Skimmer ????

Ok i fed my fish tonight and I used a couple of drops of the following
selcon
zoecon
zoe
marinec

and now my skimmers hardly working its 1/2 empty

I never notice if this happened on my old tank since it was in a fish room now this tank is in my livingroom with equiptment
Is this normal ?

yep on selcon, takes a couple hours to come back.

o ok just wanted to make sure my skimmer was messed up lol

you can isolate which additive does that by dosing one at a time and them wait a few minutes. as soon as one of the additives shut down the skimmer, then you know that's a contributor.

ill do that I feed like every 15 -20 minutes a very lil at a time my skimmer wouldnt work all day if that was the case
