Things we seen.

  [1.] I think having people fill out the back of the Tickets for the drawing, in case you have to leave early.
  [2.] Arranging the tables a little different so we could have more room.
  [3.] Us getting there a lot earlier so we can have thing setup for people bringing tanks in.
  [4.] A little more notice on when the swap will be held.
  [5.] Getting more vendors.
  [6.] Not letting Jaimie and Rich win..

As we continue to grow we are looking for your suggestions as well.

Make sure that guy farmer is there!!! I hear he's not commercial but has lots of stuff.

What's it called, a Chinese raffle (?), when you put your ticket toward whatever you're interested in winning. I like those. I think you'd sell a lot more tickets. Like for the frags. Each frag would be labled with a cup in front for the raffle tickets. I know there was an announcement at the beginning that there were frags and a box of rock to win, but I'm not sure everyone knew what all was there.

That being said--great job SLASH head honchos on the swap. Very organized, lots of room, tons of participation.

Wow, the Chinese Raffle idea sounds excellent. Then if there is items that no one put their tickets in, you could save them for last and combine all the tickets for a "general" raffle.

I would say no.

Truth be told, Rich has taken Jamie out on the road to maximize her winning potential. They travel from one swap to another, collecting big prizes.

Sorry Jamie, you know I can't keep a secret for long.

I would like to put out a big ol' thank you to my lucky stars. I seriously could NOT belive I won. And just so everyone knows, we did not NEED it but sure can use it for growth. We are setting it up ASAP so that we can set up a table at the next swap with our own frags. And Rena, how dare you spill the beans on me. Just in the past 3 weeks I have won on 3 different scratch off tickets, one for $777, $100, and another for $200, all of which went to fund Rich's surprise party.
On a side note, D.French, I am STILL waiting on my shirt! Just saying!
Also, the name tags are an awesome idea, and asking them to put the area they are from and what club.

But I am so glad your man won. Everyone just needs to realize that Rich's winning is for the benifit of the club. Soon Rich will be able to donate frags to the swaps.
