Stunning photos love all your sps. Great collection.
Is there a way of testing for everything your making/dosing.
I'm very interested in this! Are your base Calcium and ALK solutions based on Randy's recipe one or two? Will you use NaCl free salt to make solution 3 to go with Calcium and ALK?
If all you want to do is try to see if it work? Did I mentioned to make your own Trace Elements is going to cost you more than you can buy the ready made bottles from your local fish shop?
I have enough Trace Elements to last me a life time of reefing and then some more.
So far so good.
The corals are looking really nice!
I'm just fascinated by the process of creating this stuff. Right now I have been dosing just iodine, manganese, and zinc - too early to tell but so far so good. I figure most of my trace elements are replenished with the Calcium reactor, so I have been targeting the few that seem to get used up/depleted. I may add Flourine to the mix.
Some of the reefers here who have been running AF 1+2+3 have had amazing results- and that is basically full balling. It's pricey though and the daily dosing would be 200-300ML for my tank, so I'll stick with the Calcium reactor for now.
