Slow to answer?

I placed my order (A2605387) on Sat. 3/22/2008. It shipped Monday and I recieved it Tuesday. You guys did a wonderful job on fullfilling my requirments. But sad to say that the B&W clownfish in that order did not survive. I've sent a couple of e-mails notifying you of this and have yet to hear any reply or acknowlegement that you've recived them. This isn't like LA at all, I normally get a great response time from you. When this matter is addressed I wish to have the credit remain on my account for a future order.
