You can make one out of a plastic bottle, cut the top off about a quarter of the way down, take the top off and insert it in the cut bottle, put some food in and wait. Fish have a hard time finding the small hole to get out which will give you enough time to pull the bottle out. I find clear plastic water bottles work best.
