Small white critters

Im sorry im a noob, but after i added miracle mud in my fuge i've been seeing these tiny maybe .5-1mm long, white critters all over the LR and glass and even floating around. Are these little critters ok for my tank. Right now i have no fish or coral because it just got done cycling. Thanks.

Yes they are good. Copepods, isopods, amphipods are all good.

Thats what i figured they were, but wasnt sure because i had no clue what they looked like. Thanks.
