Smashed? Toadstool

So I got my first corals in today and I think the toadstool got flipped over in shipment and looks like the stalk kinked....will it snap out of that ?

it's a leather, they do this. give it a day or so and some flow, it will stand back up

Give at a few days .
Soft corals bounce within few days.
No worries.

Oh good, thank you. Everything arrived under less than ideal conditions and these are my first corals so I'm freaking out a bit about them.

Figured I would post I got this toad last week any thoughts ? Is he shedding or dying no movement at all and looks like he is getting brown around the edges now..

Toadstools are MOODY yet very tough corals. Look like their shriveled up one minuet turn around and fully opened back up.

Good beginner coral.

Sorry, he is the lump of green to the left of my mushroom here is another pic.. Sorry for the bad pics but it's a bow front tank lol.. Anyway what are your thoughts and how do you really know if they are dying.. Thx for all your input..

Dying toad stood (or any leather) usually begin falling apart or melting.

Mine straightened out and is almost all the way open this morning, I'll sap a pic of it when I'm off work.

These corals tend to do best with a lot of light and a lot of chaotic flow IME. Having a secure base also helps.
