Global useage quad band technology, insert a sim card of your choice and give yourself the ability to receive text message updates and alarms and also access your ProfiLux remotely via your cell phone.

I am interested, My tank is in the basement I dunno if i want a 50ft 232 cable running to the profilux downstairs. I am waiting to see the signal strength on these. Vacation coming soon and this would be nice for me to check up on the tank while away.

You could run a cable for the antenna instead... it looks like its removable

The spec on RS-232 (serial) is 50 ft Max

Though in real Life I have run it Over 300 Feet using cat 3 cable


As far as an antenna at 2.4 Ghz you would need Hardline (expensive and hard to work with).

You Should be able to use a 50ft serial cable.
