SMS unit

Good morning
SMS unit stop working. GSM Red led light keeps blinking every second red. I have changed SIM card and verify its working.
Battery was replaced one year ago and upon visual inspection it looks fine....not bloated as the one prev. Posted on GHL forum. Figure I tried RC folks.

Update.
After just ONE email to "the higher ups" I got an answer less than 2 minutes after sending email. They still can't tell me what's wrong with SMS unit but will be taking the appropriate steps in order to get me a working unit.

Update. After changing the battery, still not able to connect using my SMS unit
