Snail Order -- Pickup in Skokie

I am going to do a snail order from Reeftopia or some place like that. Pickup at FedEx in Skokie. Looking for at least two other people to join.

Astreas are 100 for $45 from Reeftopia, as opposed to $.75 from etropicals.

Plus I'll want to get some of the ceriths from Reeftopia. $.75 each.

We got Sivad, Fiberlux and another CMAS member who PM'ed me.

I would like to get final order this week, get pricing and collect money by Paypal. After all funds collected, I will place order next week for arrival the week of 2/27.

Does arrival on 2/27 or 2/28 work for everybody (approx. 9 a.m. at Fed Ex office)?

Is this still possible to join you guys for a 100 of small astrea @ $29 and a dozen of large white ceriths @ $15 ?

I am working from 8~6 every weekday - would it be possible to open bags with my snails right after their arrive and acclimate them to clean, warm, aerated aquarium water before I will be able to pick them up that evening ? I would not like them have to cope with extra 8-9 hours of "torture" in the bag if there is no need for this...

It's still on, but it's difficult to find a day that works for everyone.

The most I could do is dump the snails in a bucket of tank water, and pickup would have to be before 5 pm if we do it on Friday.

One of the group needed to do it on Friday, but if pszelmol is in, I would ask him to find another group.

You put it together, so its up to you to decide what direction to go.
