snails keep dying?

Check your alkalinity, if it is too high they won't move around and will die in the time frame you have mentioned

this is going on a limb, cause everyone has diagnosed pretty much everything else. some turbos ( from west coast ) require lower temperatures maybee try a different type of snail?

when you find the dead snail are the shells empty? this will give an indication of whether they're becoming food or not.

i also just noticed your alk is a bit high, which can cause a drop in useful calcium , im thinking you should check your calcium levels also.

I'm having the same problem with turbos. They only last a short while. I noticed something else. My margarita snails are doing fine. They have been in the tank for months. Maybe a4twenty is right on this one. Think I'll just buy a pile of margaritas and forget the turbos altogether.

My astreas always end up being food to my hermits. I dont even have to make an effort to find this out, they do it right in front of my eyes. You can imagine how that makes me feel, each snail costs a buck atleast!!
