I'm pretty sure the Atlantic slot is 28"-32", unless they changed that...again, and hasn't been 24"-36" for at least 10 years. I don't know what the Gulf side regulations are. They're all little over there anyway. I've never caught a 50"+ snook over there, like I have twice in Juno(52" & 53" I know it sounds like a typical "fish tale" but anyone that regularly fishes for snook off the beach in Juno or Jupiter during the summer knows that world-record snook aren't that rare there, but finding somebody that fishes for them strictly for sport (the only type of people that fish for them out of season) that is willing to jump through all the hoops and end up possibly killing such an amazing specimen or getting crazy amounts of fines to get the official world record is very rare). I don't think I ever got one above 24" on the gulf side, and during July and August, it's rare that I catch one under 24" in Juno or Jupiter Beach.
