Snow??

Ran outta water and having a blizzard. Can I toss some untouched snow in my tank?

Oh salinity is reaching 1.027

Presuming you're not located in a city or other such area that would contaminate the snow and you have the facilities to adjust/check the chemistry of the water before adding it, I think that this could be a brilliant way to save your tank.

Do wait on more opinions, though. I've not ever personally tried this.

I don't think there is such a thing as true untouched snow. Putting that in your tank is like putting rain water in your tank. Too much pollutant in our air... but I guess that also depend on where you live?

1.027 won't hurt anything. I used to run my tank at 1.027-1.028.
