I've actually decreased how much I'm eating... Its definately hard at times... But I used to get bored while I was studying and just start eating, especially right after I got home from school/work in the afternoon... I started eating 4 times a day and that has helped considerably... Getting up at 4:30 and going to bed at 8:30 or 9 helps too... I guess just being on a set schedule works best for me...
Weekends I kinda sluff off my diet... We usually go out to dinner once a week, and I'll eat whatever I want... But other than that, I'm just watching what I eat and trying not to eat anything too fatty...
