Snow!

I've actually decreased how much I'm eating... Its definately hard at times... But I used to get bored while I was studying and just start eating, especially right after I got home from school/work in the afternoon... I started eating 4 times a day and that has helped considerably... Getting up at 4:30 and going to bed at 8:30 or 9 helps too... I guess just being on a set schedule works best for me... :)

Weekends I kinda sluff off my diet... We usually go out to dinner once a week, and I'll eat whatever I want... But other than that, I'm just watching what I eat and trying not to eat anything too fatty...
 
Yeah...I've been doing better lately actually.

I need to lose some body fat because I know my running times will improve. My dinner is the problem. I think I'm eating too much at dinner.

I tend to snack a lot during the day but it's all small stuff.

I lose body fat like mad when I reduce carbs and monitor calories. I've been allowing myself to eat a ton of carbs lately because of the whole running thing, but I think I'm going to back off of it a bit. I've been feeling super bloated lately.

Back on topic: my snowman is still standing.
 
The stupid Rush on Chapman only plays friggin' CNN. It's awful.

But, let's not get our thread closed due to politics.

edit: CNN and the same manufactured blond/ghetto bands that all sound exactly the same.
