So... Something is wrong with EcoSmart Live

Logged in for the first time in a long time to bump up my light intensity.

Well.. Apparently there is some note of bug fixes, and the control interface (UI) looks different. Cool! Some type of update.

Every setting I had was demolished. It's now more tricky to click on what I'm trying to look at (considering this a bug), upon hitting Program Aquarium ALL my settings are again, reverted to nonsense.

So basically every aspect of ESL is broken for me. I've logged out of ESL connection manager, ESL website, quit and restarted the internet, and my mac -- No good. It just demolishes my settings and refuses to let me save, or my settings will be again, demolished.


Anyone else have this going on?

We haven't had any complaints about the issues you've specifically mentioned, however that doesn't mean there isn't a problem. Can you please give me the e-mail address or first and last name you use for EcoSmart Live so we can take a look at your profile?

I did find a bug with this latest version.

Seems on a vectra if you set the auto dim with a 1 minute timeout it resets it back to off. On the iPhone you can set it, but then you lose the ability to use the live demo to increase or decrease the speed. If you disable the dim feature or set it to any time other than 1 minute it works fine

When I adjust the light intensity on my ESL (up or down) it takes some of my data points and blows up their intensity. I have to go back and change the intensity on all those data points after changing my over all intensity.

Cleared chache and cookies twice. Everything has been updated and the problem still occurs.
