Soft coral ID please?

I've been searching to find out what this coral is, I was told it was a soft coral but same guy also sold me a blasto I believe. Any help in this? Just need to know flow and lighting preferences.

Sorry struggling to get better pic. Almost like 2 mushrooms on each side of the frag rock and then it has tentacles like spaghetti that comes out. I just moved it before this pic do some are shriveled up.

Yes, those are mushrooms. When they are stressed they expell their guts which looks like stringy stuff.

I just don't understand why it would be stressed. My zoas are closing up also so must be something going on. The only test I have reading low is my cal at 360, but everything I read says softies don't need cal. Keep
Moving them around for different lighting or flow.

That's the problem...Everytime you touch them to move them you stress them. Just leave them be for a week or so at least.

They seemed fine for a month. Just started moving them when they started to close.
