Setting up a new tank and about to place an order and i just wanted to know if the Solaris H series 48 inch is in stock.

just so you know i have the 400w (dont rember if its h or g) over a 210gal (72") and the light is amazing. the things you can do with it are so cool

Hi Kyle,

Unfortunately the 48" H Series is completely out of stock everywhere in the US. You will no longer be able to get an H Series, as they have been discontinued. The new model that will be replacing this is the "I" Series. The "I" is equivelant to a 400w 10k halide, vs the "H" being equivelant to a 400w 20k halide.

The I Series are being expected in here the last week of October. If you would like to preorder just give me a call and we'll get you setup. We can also offer a special price to you for preordering.

The "I" Series will have more light output than what the "H" series does.

where can a pre-order these? So they get released late october to early november, will they go strait to Premium Aquatics and then shipped to me or will it take a little while after the release date for you to get them in?

They will be coming straight to us and then out to the customer's who preordered. If you'd like, give us a call at and we can set a preorder up for you.
