I love hybrids too. Im looking for an Achilles x Goldrim hybrid.

The same LFS that I bought the tang from had a stunner achilles goldrim hybrid. Actually thought about it.

I've heard that the goldrim hybrid is alot more mellow and more hardy as well. My black hybrid is the most chill tang if ever seen.

I still prefer AT to the GR hybrid. The black and orange is the best to me...

Gorgeous little guy! Quick question... When they are so small, what's the best way to tell hybrids apart from pure scopas?

Unfortunately I lost that little hybrid soon after that pic was taken. He never really settled in and my tank sitter found him stuck against the mp60 one day. After a hot streak on the craps table, I decided to give it another shot but this time went with a full black (and here are some other pics).

Mike and Nicole, how does the Trachinops taeniatus do in the warmer tank? how long have you had them?

The hula fish are the Ora tank bred ones, not wild caught. They recommend running your tank under 78 and we run ours as 75. We have had them for two weeks, they hid for the first couple of days but are now settled in the back corner of the tank together which is cool. The lfs had 6 and we just choose two so hoping to get lucky with a pair.

We have four of them right now and we will always have them in one of our tanks. They are really great fish to have in your system, very entertaining.
