I know hundreds or thousands of dedicated breeders have been doing this for years but more recognition/funding is always welcome (from an environmental POV).
 
I guess re-inventing the wheel costs alot of taxpayers' money :rolleyes:

From the context of the article I am guessing we are talking about ocellaris.

Protocol for breeding clowns (with minor deviations among the breeders) has been well known and documented for years. Some breeders get survivial rate as high as 90%.

I wish this money was spent on educating consumers about CB programs, benefits of buying CB fish/aquacultured corals and supporting scientific research.

They gave me 50 bucks every other month when I was at the hatchery.


They should invest in other species, I get 80-90% and it costs me around $50 per batch to bring up.


The yanks got eliminated
