Unfortunately, I recently lost some prized specimens.

Not sure what happened. I have been losing sps over a two year period and never could figure out why. I think I'm going to stick with softies and lps, which do well in my tank.

I'm sorry to hear this. Do you have a deep sandbed? Have you had any fish digging or disturbing the sandbed?

No I have a shallow sandbed. No fish disturbing it.

I feel your pain Marino, I've been going through the same thing. I upgraded a lot of equipment and i did better with my old stuff. I can't keep any birdsnests or monti's alive. I can keep anemones, clams, some other acro's but a lot of die off recently.
