I just recently bought a macro lens and a fisheye lens made by Raynox for $40 about a week ago and thought I would share some of my first pictures. WARNING! I am new to photography so some of these images may appear to have been taken by an newb, lol

Enjoy,

I was like 6inchs from the tank when this one was taken, amazing stuff! Sorry for the messy tank I'm just about to reaquascape so things are just kinda lying around. Hope you liked, I post somemore up later. Thanks

P.S. I love zoanthids lol in all shapes sizes and colors!

Ding-dong, all pics are very nice, the fish eye pic seems to have a lot of potential when taken full tank shots, i would like to try that.

The pics look great.

Just a quick question though. What is a good entry level camera for taking Marco shots. Currently I have a cannon sd400. 5.0 Megapixel. I like the camera alot but Macro shots don't come out really clear sometimes. Would the clarity be affected by the picture editing software? Currently I am not using anything for editing.

not too bad ... ! Nice overall composition. Keep working it and you will surprise yourself time and time again.

Great pics. Where did you pick up the zoos?

Most of them I got at reefs edge. They have a nice little frag section which I like because I like to see the zoanthids grow over the rock I place it on. Thanks for everyones help. I know they are not the best but thats the best so far, will post more later when I start perfecting a little. Thanks again,
