wow great pics would love to see more. Does anyone know where i could buy fish caught in Hawaii? I don't mind paying a premium price but would like some proof that they came from Hawaii.

Which island(s) did you visit? I went a few summers ago, took some great pictures around Kauai and Maui (Molokini crater was the best!).

Jeff I went to Kauai, Kona, Maui and Hilo. Molokini was nice imo but didn't compare to snorkeling at a marine reef preserve in Kona. I did it on an excursion called captain zodiac. Basically it was a 10 mile travel on a zodiac and along the way saw the pilot whales, spinner dolphins, and snorkeled at the preserve. The reef was alot better than molokini, clarity was better, and fish and coral were thriving much more. Most agreed on calrity and beauty of the prreserve also due to the being the driest island.

We went diving in Kauai and it was just plain fun. We did a 66' and a 60' dive. Definitely one of the best experiences I have had in my life. The only shark I was lucky enough to see was a 4' blacktip. All I can say is you have to visit Hawaii at least once in your life.

thanks again,

Nick

Sounds like a nice trip. We're looking forward to going back soon...

We saw this guy when we were at molokini

Thanks, i am thinking that fish from Hawaii will not be exposed to cyanide. I know when i first got into marine fish in the early 90's a lot of fish came with cyanide, i haven't seen that much talk in the last few years about it.

i have to show my wife these pics and convince her to agree to go. it is aweome how the entire ocean bottom is covered in coral.
