This is just a transfer from an old tank, it is a few months old, not uch live-stock, will be all sps accept for the orange zoos that I havent decided wether to scrape or not :). The rocks have been with me a couple of years. I posted some pics awhile ago in the nano forum but I have added my starboard. I just got the camera about 4 hours ago and it is my first digi cam so I havent got it figured out yet but this should still get the point across. I'm looking for feedback on aquascaping.

NICE looking tank... can you give some details on it? size, capicity, equipment...

looks like you are onto a great start!

Thanks for the great feed-back, here s some info and equipe-pics.

20"wide/20"deep/12"tall starfire, its rimless and all the edges (front/top/sides etc) have be rounded and polished with starboard on the bottom (made by miracles). A overflow covers the entire back of the tank to hide the second overflow and some equipement (cpr with lifter) that goes to a 10gal sump. I will post some pics of the equipement. It is it by a single 175w se mh in a luminarc III mini, the bulb is a hamilton 14k, I will be switching to a Iwasaki aqua 2 14k soon.

behind first overflow and second overflow.

---The tank will be all SPS, specifically encrusting montis on the right side and deep-water type sps on the left. The rocks were cooked for 3 months but this was a couple of years ago, in my first 10 gal nano, they are still very clean. This is a transfer from an old tank, the clam I will try to get a better pic of, is a 3.5" crocea that my wife talked me into :D . The tank is run by 4 mj 1200 through lockline, with a aqua-c hob filter set to wet-est skim. I like the tank very spotless so I tend to scrape all coraline, no algea is in the display and none has started growing. There are 2 astrea snails, 4 trochus, 2 bluelegs and 1 scarlet for a clean-up crew, otherwise I do 20% wc's a week and nothing else, same as my other nano's. It's a pretty simple system but has worked for me for quite awhile, if anyone has any other questions feel free to ask.

Very Nice!

How about arranging the rock in a "C" formation turned 70 degrees to the right so the opening is to the front but not exactly centered? Make the back part of the "C" a little higher...should look great.
