some sort of parasite issue

I have a clownfish, and flame angelfish. 2 days ago I noticed a raised white circular bump on the angelfish's tail fin was too big to be a ich, 24 hours later it was gone, but there was now a circular hole in the fin, yesterday another raised white bump appeared on his anal fin again 24 hours later it is gone again ,leaving a perfect round hole in the fin, anyone have an idea what could be causing this?

Sounds like Lymphocystis, a relatively harmless virus many fish carry. Perhaps you have a cleaner shrimp eating the growths off?

this guy seems to have the same issue I did, he used treatments where I did not, but the picture of the dot is exactly the same as is his last post saying it was gone leaving a hole in the fin.. and yes I have a skunk cleaner shrimp
