Ok,letting you know I wanna see it.LOL. I still have your number give you a call? Just let me know whats good timing. weekdays- weekends.
Thanks pascale.

Question while I got you here ,whitch outlets on the pc4 are reccomended for float switches? I saw something posted on this once but I dont remember if it was 1&4 or 2&3.

sooooooooooooooo worth commenting on...I truly admire your sense of humor in an adverse situation...ditto on spiders and things lurking under the porch......

switches 2 & 3 might not work with low draw items. I believe the outer ports are mechanical relays, and the inside electronic. You need a certain amount of draw for the electronics to work or they get "stuck" on - supposedly a power strip or small light adds enough draw to fix the issue.

keep in mind the max draw ratings:

# Channel Power Rating: Up to 8A Max (1 & 4)
# Channel Rating: 3A Max Each (2 & 3)

I have my koralias on port 2, however, I use an adapter so that I can run 2-3 on a single port. If you get an adapter make sure you get one that is orientated correctly so that you can plug things in facing up and down, not across. either home depot or lowes, each carries one style and not the other :(

Well,I got the holes drilled under the crawlspace, not alot of room to move its only 9ft wide and and about 25ft deep.Suspicious on the funny noises I keep hearing while drilling I just had to check it out before getting out from under there.(see pic 2)

Holes drilled and lines in place.

Some peg board I reclaimed from a jobsite just painted in white to help reflect some light in the basement.Dont want to have to add a light if I can help it.

Actually alot farther along here but Im late for work so have to update later.
Thanks for looking.

Thanks for the compliments and encouragement.
Some explanation here on this dosing pump.I bought it used from another reefer for 100 dollars shipped. Its alittle different from other types in a few ways in that its capable of adding up to 12gals aday.Coupled with a floatswitch and dialed back close to evaporation rate theres no concern for overfilling even in the event the floatswitch stuck on.It came with all the stuff in the pic but the tubing whitch was about 5-6 dollars for 25 feet.

This is how I have it hooked up currently while doing some experimenting with limewater dosing. It draws the limewater from the bucket from the tubing. The PVC pipe is slid over the tubing because the tubing has memory from being coiled so it it works well to keep it in place.

This is the other end that goes in the bucket you cant see and keeps the pvc from sliding off ,also helps keep precipitants from getting picked up.

It looks like you are having fun! An easy way to get the memory out of the vinyl tubing is to warm up a pot of water on the stove and run the tubing through it.

Yeah, thought about it but wasn't convinced I could get it out, stuffs sorta like a yo-yo.lol.

I'll try it though just because you got my curiousity going, not that thats a hard thing to do.Thanks for the heads up.
