Who is that goofy looking guy in the green shirt....

;) ;)

I dont know but he has a huge head.

I thought it was pretty neat that a couple of the Aquatic Environment guys stopped by the swap. I have to say that Adam has the nicest staff I've ever come across. Really a customer oriented store.

I got some pics too. Not as many as I thought I took.

It was a good turn out.

I had fun and it was a great turnout for the first club wide QC event hopeful it will lead to bigger things in the future.

Nice corals and great pics Covey. You must have a good camera to get those close shots. Would you be willing to give me a few pointers if I bring my camera to the next get together?

I've got a Canon Power Shot S3. It is a great camera but most point and shoots can still take good pics (the S3 isn't a DSLR). Mostly you just have to start playing with all of the available controls.

For the frag shots I dropped the exposure, changed the white balance, put the camera in "Super Macro" mode, and manually focused the camera. All that and those where taking hand held.

I don't think any camera would take good frag pics in Full Auto so its just a matter of playing with it.

It was about 8 inches below the surface under 4 overdriven t5's running each day, then I also run a 400 mh for a few hours a few days each week. I would say medium/higher flow.
