Someone is using my photo to sell on eBay

Part of me wants to bid on her auction and leave negative feedback stating she stole my picture to sell the coral and the coral I received clearly was not the coral pictured.
 
Well, somebody has to do something about her, because Ebay certainly isn't! I spoke to the owner of the Whammin Watermelon pic yesterday & he was going to report her but I see it's still up. I don't get how her feedback can be so good, especially with the way she ships.
 
What you should do is put a big obtrusive watermark on your images so its a real pain for the person to remove it. This goes on all over, this is what happens when images are posted on the internet, people think that they can just take and use images for their preference.

If she is stealing something as lousy as photos that she can take herself, who knows what else she is stealing...
 
Oh, I also love her "YOU MUST BUY INSURANCE FOR $9.99 IF YOU LIVE MORE THAN 600 MILES FROM 33062" $10 for insurance? Really? You mean, on top of paying $60 for shipping when you don't even package the corals correctly, you use a cheap paper towel method in a EXPRESS ENVELOPE that is costing you $20-$25 MAX - AND you want your customers to pay $10 for insurance that DOES NOT cover the loss of live animals / specimens?

This person is a complete fraud and petty gouger - don't do business with her, all you have to do is read her auction descriptions and terms to realize this.
 
Thanks Tim. So here is a quick recap of what happened. eBay was no help really. My first communication to them got me an email saying, they couldn't do anything unless the original owner said they had a problem. I guess they could not figure out that I was the original owner so I resubmitted. At about the same time, I politely asked my picture to be removed and for them to refrain from using any other copyrighted images from my website. After about a day, the seller complied and used a different image for their auction. eBay contacted me again about the second communication, and wanted more information. By that time, the seller had switched photos, and the auction had less than 1 day left.

So, long story short, it seems like your best bet is to contact both like I did, but don't expect much from eBay if the auction has a short duration. Their "process" does not seem like it is fast enough to resolve the situation before it is a moot point.
