something moving inside my glta

i just purchased a green long tentacle anemone. i have been staring at this thing for a good two hours. i noticed that there is a very small thing swimming inside of it. it is constantly on the move, it is white in color and moves fast. it is about the size of a grain of sand. i couldnt take a picture of it because it wont sit still. does anybody have any idea what it could be?

There are some shrimp and crabs that live inside anemones. Or it could be something that will jump out at you, wrap itself on your face and impregnate you. Just keep staring and let us know what happens.
