Sonny you might have covered this before but what substrate is that? Its really cool looking.

Caribsea Reeflor Special Grade

You keep the glass (near the sand) so clean.

Are you still dosing that VSV by chance? I'm kind of looking into starting it and curious how you like/dislike it?

Is this also a picture of the ORA "Joe the coral?" It, like your entire tank, is stunning! But I must ask - whatever happened to that black PVC you were waiting for?

WOW. :eek1: What coral is that? I must have me some of that.

Looking awesome, although I wouldn't expect anything less ;)

That really blue coral...is it an ORA Roscoe's? I have a softball sized colony I grew from a small frag, but it didn't really color up until I got it under T5s, and now it is an awesome blue.

Concerning the blue coral everyone is asking about, I have no idea what it is. I got it as a small browned out and unhealthy frag. It has really turned into a gem of of coral. It is by far the nicest and bluest coral I have.

It has a nice green base with brilliant blue growth with dark polyps.

I just got a "Joe the Coral" frag straight from ORA yesterday and it looks nothing like the blue coral above. I have almost all the ORA releases and it doesnt look like any of them.

Here is a shot of it from a little while back:

Here's my ORA Roscoe's - not the best pic of it, but looks pretty similar:

That does look similar, but I wont know for sure until the coral reaches a decent colony size.

cant seem to find if you've already covered this but,

do you miss the ripple effect from the halides? i know that i just have to add a point source of light but im not sure how to add that with an open top display.

buy the way i ordered my constellation today based on how you rave about it.
