SOS- Need help

Please let me know how I can get my anemone out of my power head. She sent to that last night and is really stuck in there. Almost half of her. Please help me asap. I have already turned the power head off, but I can not get her out just by shaking it. What do you suggest. Thanks

don't do anything, let the anemone work itself out. if you try , you may do more damage.

Hi Rick, thank you. She is still stuck in there and I tried to move her out before I got your response and she looks like she is a little turn out at the pink part. Do you know how long does it take for her to untangle herself? thanks again
