Well everything was running fine and I guess I should have listened to that little bird that said if it ain't broke dont fix it. Well I updated to the latest software and I lost everything. My EB8 arnt even going into fallback. Can anyone lead me in the right direction. I have tried going back to the software before the latest release and it did the same thing. I am showing no outlets but all the profiles are there.

I am not sure of your issue but I ran into somewhat of the same problem... I just got update to work and now I can't even access my apex with my computer before I could across town. I can't even do it with main PC!

I suspect the Apex rebooted and was assigned a new IP address; you can check the assigned address using the Setup, Network and navigate to IP address; it will show the current address, use that to access the Apex.

Ken, I wish my problem was that easy to fix. I have no clue what happened.

Are all your outlets showing up? I know every time you update your suppose to save your config because sometimes everything gets erased.

Kenargo It was not that. I have a thread called Still can't update I posted the fix there.

The outlets only show up on the display under modify outlet. Nothing but the time showes up on the main display screen, No probes or outlets

Did you update your web pages after the firmware load? It's a 2-step process (more if you update firmware in selected modules).

Sure did. I cant even get them to show up on the hand held display. Does anyone know how to get previous firmware edition so I can go backwards and start over? I don't know maybe there is an easier fix. Waiting on a reply to an email from Curt.
