Spaghetti Worm?

Sorry for no pic, could only scoop him up with a pipe cleaner and he's all nestled into the bristles now and not coming out for a pic.

Went and did some looking to try and ID by myself, would like an extra confirm before tossing him back into my Display Tank If he's safe?. (I found him moving across one of my corals, the tank is Fallow at the moment, and not being fed like it used to, so I'm seeing a lot of my creepy critters come out more.)

He's got a green body, with a yellowish color to the sides no bristles at all, but lots of little red strings moving around from one end.

So ontop of this intriguing little guy that I'm gunna toss back in, I'm pretty sure he's a Spaghetti or Polychaete of some sort, I also have large amphipods and other interesting critters running around like crazy... One of which I'm not happy with. Bubble Algae. Sigh.

I used that website and matched pictures and It looks very very much like a Polychaete - Cirratulid just... greener lol. So yes, thank you for the confirm for me. :3 Even without a pic, you're pro!

To the best of my knowledge, any worm-thing with tentacles all on one end is harmless.
I'll agree with the IDs, that's a rather distinctive category of worms. Crawly tentacle scavengers. Harmless to corals unless the corals are dying, they just happen to crawl across things sometimes.

They are cool. I noticed so many cool little creatures in the tank while it was Fallow... Recently put the fish back in, the next day my little Wrasse had a big ol' pot belly and didn't eat, and now I only see Bristleworms. *Shudder*

New Worm!

New Worm!

Time to resurrect old posts haha! Anywho, I found a new worm, and sadly couldn't get to my camera before it disappeared.

I was not and had not fed the tank yet when i spotted him, he was under my toadstool and moving around, not all of him his body was stuck in a hole.
Black/Dark Brown, with atleast one white band, maybe two, was hard to tell for his position and as he was browsing around he kind of extended just from his face and then would pull it back... Really hard to explain. :headwally: Lights were on so I don't think he cares, but I'll keep an eye out for him some more and see if I can get a pic of him one time.

In the meantime, if anyone thinks they might have an idea please list it and I'll check on it and see if I can get an ID like that.

Edit; He was round like a ribbon worm, at first I thought he was our Feather Duster out of his tube because of that weird head motion thing, almost looked like he was trying to sprout 'feathers' from his face lol.

Thanks Joe, sorry for delay, went into surgery on Tues (Today). Will look it over now and see if I can spot any matches.

Edit; Toss up between Ribbon Worm and Peanut, hoping for a peanut, will keep an eye out for weird happenings in the tank, can't do anything to or with the tank for 2 weeks though soooo Hoping for a peanut.
