Spaghetti worm?

I thought spaghetti worms had lots of tentacles? At least that's what mine had when I posted a thread about this. That doesn't look anything like it

The tentacles are all laying along the side of the body in the photo and I agree, it's most likely a spaghetti worm. But the body of the worm itself doesn't look quite like the the spaghetti worms I've seen either.

I think it might be a "Hair" worm as opposed to a "Spaghetti" worm, but either way it's still beneficial.
