I know they close at 4, when they open I am not 100%

Monday - Friday closed weekends

I know someone is there all of the time 25% of the time.

i work a block a way and can tell you from experience they close at 3:50-3:55. they dont waste any time getting out of there so make sure you get there with time to spare
