I only have experience with S. Haddoni...
For a smallish one, I wouldn't be surprised if it doubled in size in about a years time.
Hard to tell, but when I first got the one on the right..
About 8 months later (( moved to another tank )) this was with minimal direct feedings.

Growth rate is about the same for each. Gigantea does seem to get larger though. It depends greatly on environment, initial health, and nutrition. As an example, I purchased my haddoni at about 7 inches. Within a year it was about 12 inches. By the end of the second year it was over 16. It has remained around 16 inches for quite a few years now.

Here is a pic of when I first got mine on 20 November.
Here is about two months later after it felt comfortable.
And here it is just about a week ago.
It's hard to tell in the picture but in the very last pic. the distance from the overflow box to where the nem is laying across the bottom rock is about 6 inches. There is also a Pink Lemonade frag directly above the brain coral the clown fish call home and between the two Pics you can see that it is now even to the height of the frag.
