Spiny Box Puffer - Internal Parasites?

I recently was given a spiny box puffer. I didn't read too much into them (I had a porcupine puffer before- figured they were similar) until after I had already placed it in my tank and found out that these puffers are prone to internal parasites. I do notice a dark sunken in stomach. Is it likely it has internal parasites? Should I remove the puffer? It is currently housed (3 days so far) with a sailfin tang, maroon clown, dragon wrasse, snowflake eel, damsels, snails, and large hermit crab. Is everybody else at risk of IP now? Is there any treatment I can/should do?

I would put him in a 20qt and hit the tank with AP general cure. Watch and see how he eats. They have sunken stomaches, and was told when they get bigger it will go away. I have had one scince Feb 29,2012 and going strong. They eat like monsters and very active. I will throw a few pics in my album. My mappa had worms and I had to orally feed him because he was wasting away. I have posted on the forums about my Spinybox's poop. I have read it could be malnutrition. He hasnt wasted away and is getting bigger. So Im guessing hes all cleaned out. BUT I still watch them all.

I think most internal parasites are worms. Prazi-Pro is an excellent wormer and I use it on all new fish; I can't remember the last time I suspected any IPs in fish that were treated with praziquantel (Prazi-Pro)----its been years. PP is safe and is the only med I ever use in DTs. even reef tanks. It will kill feather dusters, though.
