Sponge Brittle Star

Heres a Sponge Brittle Star, like a miniature brittle star, this is two of them, inside a tiny sponge, they also live within corals and rocks. I have about 4 of them. Those are the two sponge brittle stars arms hanging out, they come out more at night.

Great pic! I have seen similar arms coming out of one of my rocks, with the distinct black/white/yellow banding.

very cool. i have one that came on a frag i got im still lookin for more. you should spot feed it some mysis they go crazy its funny too watch. and watch how they eat or how they get the food to thier mouth.
