I have a sponge crab that is pretty big. She is peach/yellow in color and about the size of a half dollar or bigger. It is a female (I believe) and I am looking to trade her for just about anything as long as the person taking her can provide a suitable home. She would need a 20 gal at least. I have been feeding her purple seaweed, halimidia, hair algae, calerpa, and shrimp pellets, although she has an afinity for mushrooms. She doesn't seem to like my colt coral, my starburst polyps, my sps, my gorgonian, my etc, etc, but she loves to eat mushrooms and I love to keep mushrooms -so we are incompatible. This is a really strange crab for those interested, she clips stuff and attaches it too her back. i have read that they will attach zoos and sponge to their back and propagate your corals for you. She doesn't have much but algae attached to her now bcuz I had to take her out of my reef tank and put her in my fowlr. I am now adding mushrooms to my fowlr so I have to find her a good home.
