Ok i posted in reef fishes a few days ago and nobody had a clue so ill try with the pros of clowns lol :). My female (i think) clown has black spots on different parts of her body. Now I cant in no way get a pic of her cause she will not stay stil for a second. if any ideas how to snap one ill try. Back to my case; it looks like i took a needle and took some black from her black stripes and then injected the black ink into her scales in different areas. Few are near her upper and rear fins. Some are just in the middle of her body? Is this a normal occurence? do they change different colors. She eats and swims fine. Oh and the little clown has one spot forming on him? I have no anenomes just small coral frags. Any help or situations you know of will be appreciated.

well here is one pic. blurry though.

the larger is maybe a inch and a half. Thats what i was thinking maybe just color changing but I wanted to make sure.

My female perc is doing the same thing, Probably just coloring up. I wouldnt worry too much unless they start acting sick.

Hypermelanization...absolutely normal

I'd like to see a better pic just to fully rule out black ich, but it is much more likely to be the previous mentioned. Are they ORA? I've seen this(splotchy black while filling in) most with their clowns...

ORA? well today the spots are bigger and there are 2 new spots. she eats and swims fine.. Can you explain what black ich looks like? Ive had them for a few weeks and this just started showing up last week.. ill try to get some more pics later today.
