That is a bad boy. I wouldnt have a problem with a sargent major or other inexpensive fish you can afford to lose. I have had a couple that pound for pound were the most agressive eels I have seen. Like a 2ft specimin attacking and killing lookdowns the size of dinner plates- pretty much for sport. They can be fine for a time- but if they decide to, they have the ability to kill about any fish that would fit in 100 gallon tank.
My g. moringa is still about 20" but it is ferocious. i dont trust any fish with it other than its eel tankmate that it has tolerated. anything else tends to be at risk. a bunch of sargeant majors is good as they are easily replaced and make the display look better. the miami seaquarium used to keep a display with a couple of large moringa and g. vicinus with a shoal of adult sargeant majors
