50g cube looks nice 24x24x20 Starfire
lighting - 8 bulbs ATI sunpower
MP40 x 2
Protein Skimmer - on a budget Bubble Magus NAC series. All out - Bubble King 160 or 180
Sump - standard 3 chamber sump works for me if there is room for skimmer you want.
Bare bottom with some sand in the back if you have wrasses that need/like sand.
Rock work - whatever can provide maxium coral placement for coralscaping
