Also my MG is getting used alot I raise it from 1290 to 1320 and within a week it's back down to 1290 not sure why or what is causing that

This is very interesting. Something must be causing this level of mag loss. In my opinion, there is something seriously out of balance for this type of precipitation to occur.

Like I said before, take some of your water and bring it to your LFS and ask them to run all possible tests on it.
 
I have rarely seen 100% wipe outs due to minor cases of poisoning. Very often, it is some of the corals not doing well or are dying. I have personally seen experienced cases where an unproven but suspected toxic got in and some corals are dead within a couple of days, some slowly die over a couple months and yet others are thriving. Not say, this is definitely your case. But what I am saying is, just because everything is not dead does not necessary rule out foreign toxins. Corals like all creatures will have different thresholds for toxicity.
