Sps Quarantine Lighting?

So i'm in the planning stages of setting up a QT tank for SPS.. I have a 10g tank that's about 12" tall by 20" long by 10" deep. What do you think would be a decent light fixture for this? Metal halide, t5's, pc, led? Im currently eyeing the nova extreme t5's http://www.marinedepot.com/Current_...xtures-Current_USA-CU01136-FILTFIT5T5-vi.html

I ran a 70 watt halide with a 10 k ushio over my 15 gall coral qt for years. I just switched to a 30 breeder and also changed lights to a 150 watt halide.

Any decent light would be more than fine.

I pretty sure that would work, the price is not bad ether.

That is what I use, but I take the sheild off and place it on a glass lid. However I use a 20long as I find a 10g 10X harder to maintain.
