you mentioned the only additive you used is iodine, why and how much?

I add Kent Marine Iodide supplement, 1ml per week, to my 20g. Not sure if they are the same thing. I do this cause i read it somewhere that corals need it in minute amounts, can't remember the 'why' now...

Nice tank! what kind of stylorphora is that? Look really nice.. The blue polyp monti is very nice.. what's its called?

A lot of the tank shots I see are "overgrown" walls of corals that don't really let you appreciate the structure and color of the individual corals. The spacing in your tank really allows you to focus on each individual coral and enjoy it.

Great tank.

I dose as needed. I would advise you test for iodine and then adjust if needed.

Here's a good bit of information on iodine and it's use in aquaria: http://www.reef-eden.net/iodine_in_the_reef_aquarium.htm

The stylo is.........er........Purple-ish stylo? I'm not sure, can you I.D. it maybe? :D

I'm not sure on the blue polyp monti either, sorry! :sad2: :D

Phwoar. That is a tasty tank. I really like the spacing you've given each coral and the growth they're showing. Lovely combination of different species (is that LPS a Micromussa? It's gorgeous and enormous!) and restrained but effective fish stocking.

Great to see a UK reefer on RC as well (I'm based in Japan, but from the UK).

Good work sir!
