sps under my DIY LED

yeah I understand. I wasnt saying anything negative about you or your tank. Its obvious youre getting good color in your tank, its just that sharing them on the web is tough when you cant show what they "really" look like. I know just from trying to take actinic only pics of my tank with a decent camera, it all washes out and over saturates like what youre posting...I dont know that there is a way to take good photos with a point and shoot camera with led lighting. Im interested to know myself.

Chris...
thank you... i still dot know how to take a good photos under LED using pocket camera. i only use photoshop to auto correct the color, and it show more relevant to the real color.
these are the other photos under LED lighting (underwater mode, macro mode, no flash)

Would like to see an update to this thread with your comments on which side has better colours: The Radium side or hte LED side?

Thanks.

What kind of par readings are you getting? I have my DIY fixture turned down to 20% ( about 250 PAR) because my green birdsnest turned white at 50% (about 350 PAR)... it is starting to recover but it has taken months...

Nice mixed reef you have. Very nice! Your DIY LED's look like they are doing the job nicely. Congrats!

@shaunmonahan... thank you... yups.. this led give me more challenge to keep more variety of corals.

@sahin.. i think LED give me better color to my my corals. Under radium 250w 20kk my digitata never grow, just open a little polip, but under LED it grow like crazy and give real red color digitata. I still looking for better replacement lighting for my radium. maybe 150pcs led 1w or 240pcs led 1w.
