Space is big.
With the three H beams running the length of the tank and supported at both ends, the beams would deflect about .003 inches.
With the three square tubes beams running the length of the tank and supported at both ends, the beams would deflect about .048 inches.
Considering this, I would go with the H beams and remove the center supports and the front to back pieces.
I would more worry about the plywood top staying flat and not forming depresions between the beams. For this reason I would go with (4) 8' H beams running from end to end. Then a 1" piece of plwood on top will only have to span about 10" rather then the 15" with the current design.
