Starfish with translucent arms

I know this question was just asked within the past month so I apologize for asking again but I can't find it using google search.

All over the glass in my tank are little white dots with translucent arms. They appear to be starfish. I don't think the are the jellyfish listed on the melev's page here:

since the lack the detail this one does. I may be wrong or they may still be growing. Any advice is as usually appreciated.
