Starry Blenny missing?

I'm tearing down my tank due to a leak and started draining it and remove all the rocks. Removed all the fish except my Blenny. Can't find him anywhere. Checked all the rocks. Nothing. Do they hide in the sand?

bothtimes I have done a tank transfer, the blenny was unintentionally moved. Hid in the rocks. I also scoured the rocks looking for him but he had only reemerged until some time after the rock was moved.

Probably somewhere deep in the rock
